Resize templates

Easy! If you need to change your size of your template for your software it’s extremely easy in Photoshop CC.

This works best with Square Canvas templates due to Aspect Ratios of the photo spots.

In Photoshop follow these instructions:

  1. Open your template in photoshop
  2. Image
  3. Image Size
  4. Change your width and height in Pixels
  5. Save!

In PhotoPea.com (online free photo editor) follow these instructions:

  1. Open your template in photoshop
  2. Image
  3. Image Size
  4. Change your width and height in Pixels
  5. Save!

Resizing a template

Photo Template Size Reference Charts

The easiest way to get the sizes for photo templates is by this simple method:
Inches x DPI (Resoultion) = Pixel Count.
Example: 4 inches x 300 dpi = 1200 pixles, 6 x 300 dpi = 1800 pixels.
Resulting in 1200 x 1800 pixels @ 300 resoultion.

Darkroom: PNG and/or JPG 300 dpi

  • Single sided 2×6: 600 x 1800
